Running Your First Exploration
Getting an exploration going takes about a minute:
- Open Discover from the left sidebar — it's the telescope icon, sitting between Dashboards and Knowledge.
- Describe your theme in the search box, in plain language. A placeholder example shows the kind of prompt that works well, so you're never staring at a blank field.
- Choose a depth from the options below the box — Quick, Standard, Detailed, or Comprehensive. Standard is selected by default; the deeper settings explore more angles and take a little longer.
- Click Start Analysis to begin. (Pressing Cmd / Ctrl + Enter does the same thing.)
- Follow the progress as the exploration moves through its stages — Approach Generation, Parallel Analysis, and Report Generation — then read the finished report when it's ready.
From a completed report you can download or share it, re-run the same prompt, or start a follow-up chat to dig deeper into any finding. Every exploration you run is saved on the Discover home screen, so you can revisit past reports at any time, and finished work can be archived to keep the list focused on what matters now. To set up a recurring run, use the scheduling options on the same screen.
The result is a workflow that meets you where you are. You can run a one-off exploration the moment a question occurs to you, return to a report from last month, or let a standing schedule keep the answers coming — all from a single page, in whatever language your team works in.
