How to write a great submission

The clearer your submission, the easier it is for us to act on — and the more likely it is to be adopted.

Before you submit

• Rewards are discretionary. Not every submission is adopted, and a reward of $0 is a possible outcome.
• Rewards are issued as Phaide AI usage credit, not cash, and require a valid Phaide AI account.
• Only the first valid report of a given issue is eligible. Duplicates and already-known or already-planned items are not.
• By submitting, you grant Phaide the right to use your feedback freely (see the program terms below).
• Don’t submit confidential information or anyone else’s data, and attach only images you’re free to share.
• We’ll contact you at the email you provide.

Program terms

By submitting feedback through this page you agree to the following. Please read them — they govern how the Feedback Bounty works.

1. Discretionary rewards. Whether a submission is “adopted”, and the amount of any reward (from $0 to $100 in Phaide AI credit), are determined solely and entirely at Phaide’s (quelmap’s) discretion. We are under no obligation to adopt, implement, respond to, or reward any submission, and $0 is a valid outcome.
2. Rewards are credit only. Any reward is issued solely as Phaide AI usage credit applied to your Phaide AI account. Credit has no cash value; is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable; cannot be redeemed for cash; and may expire or be subject to further conditions. A valid Phaide AI account in good standing is required to receive and use any credit.
3. License to use your submission. By submitting, you grant Phaide a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, implement, commercialize and otherwise exploit your submission and its contents for any purpose, without any further compensation, attribution, or obligation to you beyond any reward we may choose to grant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in the submission.
4. Submissions are non-confidential. Submissions are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and no confidential relationship is created. Do not include confidential, secret, or personal information, or any material you are not free to share. We are under no obligation to keep any submission confidential.
5. Independent development. You acknowledge that we receive many submissions and may already be developing, or may independently develop, features, fixes, or ideas identical or similar to your submission. Your submission creates no obligation, and our development of identical or similar items does not entitle you to any reward or compensation.
6. Your representations and warranties. You represent and warrant that the submission is your own original work; that you have all rights necessary to submit it and to grant the rights above; that it does not infringe or violate any intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other right of any third party; and that any image you attach is yours to share and contains no confidential or personal data of others. You will indemnify us against claims arising from a breach of these warranties.
7. Eligibility. You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have the verifiable consent of a legal guardian) and provide a valid email and Phaide AI account. Officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates of quelmap, and their close relatives or household members, are not eligible. We may determine eligibility and exclude any participant at our discretion.
8. One reward per issue; first valid report. A reward, if any, is granted at most once per underlying issue or idea, to the first valid submission we receive as determined by us. Duplicates, already-known issues, already-planned or already-implemented features, and previously reported items are not eligible.
9. Out-of-scope submissions. Submissions that are out of scope, low quality, automated or bulk, spam, abusive, unlawful, or that describe issues arising from misuse or a violation of our terms are not eligible and may be discarded.
10. Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges that may arise in connection with any reward.
11. No relationship. Participation does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and quelmap, and you are not entitled to any payment except a reward, if any, actually granted as credit.
12. Changes and termination. We may change, suspend, limit, or terminate the Feedback Bounty program, or these terms, at any time and for any reason, without notice and without liability to you.
13. Final decisions. All decisions by Phaide regarding submissions, adoption, eligibility, and rewards are final and binding and are not subject to challenge, appeal, or dispute.
14. Governing terms and law. Participation is additionally subject to the Phaide AI Terms of Service and Beta Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference; in the event of a conflict, those terms and these program terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Fukui District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising out of or relating to the program.
15. Privacy. We use the email and information you submit to review your feedback, contact you about it, issue any credit, and operate and improve Phaide AI, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
